Where has this been all my life!?

Writers and roleplayers take note.  The overuse of ‘said’ is a real pet peeve of mine.  It’s fine to use it on occasion and when it calls for it, but when all I read is a paragraph of ‘_____ said’ and ‘_____ said _____’, it can become really grating.  Look at the diversity of this page!  There is so much more you could be using.
